A seasonal cuisine based on local produce and the rich culinary tradition of Empordà, reinterpreted by the fresh and creative vision of our prestigious chef Enric Herce.
The Space

Restaurante Aurum is divided into two spaces: an inviting interior room with warm, elegant décor, and a large, bright outdoor terrace which is open during the spring and summer months for guests to enjoy wonderful evenings and after-dinner conversations by the sea.

Enric Herce, a devotee of Empordà cuisine
In the kitchen since 2011, Enric Herce is a scholar of Catalan and Empordà cuisine, author of various books on gastronomy and a fan of ‘surf and turf’ combinations and seasonal cooking. A symbiosis of tradition and modernity is the hallmark of his dishes.
Restaurante Aurum is a member of La Cuina de l’Empordanet, a gastronomic group born out of the desire to put Empordà cuisine, ‘Europe’s last great culinary secret,’ on the map.
