In Cala del Pi, harmony can be felt, breathed in and naturally becomes part of every moment spent by the sea.
As the day dawns on the Costa Brava, we invite you to treat yourself to a moment just for you. The soft morning light, the Mediterranean breeze and the sound of the water accompany an experience designed to reconnect the body and find inner calm.
Our Yoga and Pilates sessions, included in the Cala del Pi Beach Retreat experience, guide you towards a state of balance and harmony. Through conscious movement and breathing, yoga releases tension, brings serenity and awakens vital energy. Pilates, with its precision and fluidity, strengthens the body, improves posture and envelops you in a pleasant sensation of control and lightness.
Yoga: from 9.00 am to 10.00 am. Every Sunday from May to October. July and August Wednesdays and Sundays.
Pilates: from 9.00 am to 10.00 am. Every Saturday from May to October.
Sessions take place outdoors, on the terrace by the new swimming pool, where the Mediterranean setting enhances every movement and every breath. Should the weather not permit, an alternative venue will be provided.
By the end, your body feels awake, light and in perfect harmony with its surroundings. It’s the ideal start to letting yourself be carried away by the rhythm of the Mediterranean and enjoying every moment at Cala de Pi.
